Your matter

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into, TODAY serves as a legally binding contract between Mystylez ("Beat maker") and You ("buyer"). This agreement grants you (Buyer) the Basic rights to this "Your matter" beat.

The Beat maker hereby grants the buyer the right to record vocal and/or beat synchronization to any or all parts of the beat. The buyer understands that their basic usage of the beats is limited to one new composition and if the buyer wishes to use the beats in other new compositions, then the buyer must obtain another license to use the beats from the Beat maker.

Profitable Distribution. The buyer is limited to distributing one (1) version of the Master Recording for profitable use. The buyer has the right to a distribution of unlimited copies of the Master Recording, which can be distributed on any kind of recording media including, but not limited to: compact discs, DVDs, VHS videos, and all other forms of media. With strict concern to paying 5% royalty to the beat maker when any unit of your song sells.

Ownership. The Beat maker maintains 100% full rights (copyright and ownership) of the beat, and can continue to sell it on the basic term and/or buy-off term. The buyer has neither the right nor authority to sell or license the rights to the beat whether in whole or part to any other party. In the event another individual purchases exclusive rights to your licensed beat you will retain your buy-off rights under the limitations listed in this agreement and until these terms have been fulfilled.

Credit. The buyer must give production credit to the Beat maker for any and all distributed material. This can be done verbally (through recorded vocals on the Master Recording) or written in or on the CD booklet, Album art or outside cover. The Beat maker reserves the right to keep an audio signature at the beginning of all beats on basic right.

By buying this beat, you automatically agree to the terms stated above and gain the basic rights to the beat.

Premium rights allow the buyer to use the beats for unlimited commercial recordings or broadcasts. The buyer must give full credit to the Beat maker as on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing Premium rights, the Beat maker still owns copyright to the beats but is no longer able to resell the beats.

1. The Beat maker cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, remix, rearrange, remove any melodies, beats, drum programming or transfer rights under to another user (example - Record Label, another production company, another producer), or for use in any competitive product without written consent and or another license agreement.

2. If the beat includes samples, the buyer understands that the sequence and music arrangement is considered original work. Samples may not cleared before composition, and the buyer is required seek clearance for the samples. The buyer is responsible for clearing all samples used (if any) and that the Beat maker cannot and will not be held liable for the misuse of any sampled material that the buyer uses in conjunction with the composition/arrangement that is being licensed in this agreement.

3. Beat maker must supply the buyer with at least 1 copy of each final recording made using the beat.

4. Beat maker must include credits to the buyer on all physical media containing a portion or sum of the beat that is being licensed in this agreement. Including but not limited to CD's, CD covers, Cassette tapes, Cards, Mixtape, Websites, etc.

By buying this beat, you automatically agree to the terms stated above and gain premium rights to the beat.
