Step by step
How to use it
-
Drop your mix or master.
-
Read the loudness, the peaks and the dynamics, measured with the ITU-R BS.1770 method.
-
Compare with the reference level of each platform and fix what is needed.
FAQ
Questions
Short answers about this tool.
What is LUFS?
Loudness units relative to full scale: a measure of how loud a track feels, used by streaming services to even out volumes.
Do the platforms change my track?
Most of them turn louder tracks down to their reference level, so a very loud master may just sound more squashed.
